Ellen Solari is a maker of sculptural baskets. Formerly a painter, she discovered the world of textiles several years ago after learning how to knit.
A Boston native, she received her B.F.A. from Massachusetts College of Art and Design. Ellen lives in Belmont, MA, and has a studio at River Street Artists, located at the Waltham Mills, Waltham, MA.
